Local Delivery

EliLew LLC (“EliLew”) hand-delivers to select ZIP codes in Saratoga, Los Gatos, Campbell, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and San Jose.

Delivery is $12 or $24, depending on the recipient’s ZIP code, with no minimum order. Our launch delivery area excludes Milpitas, Alviso, the Los Gatos mountains (95033), and Mount Hamilton (95140).

Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout to confirm delivery eligibility and the applicable fee. Select an available delivery date when placing your order.

Please double-check the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, gate instructions, and any other delivery details before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or an unsuccessful delivery attempt. An additional fee may apply if another attempt is needed.

If the Recipient Isn’t Home

When ordering, you’ll be asked whether the gift may be left in a safe, sheltered location if the recipient isn’t available.

If you authorize unattended delivery, the order will be considered delivered once it has been left at the address provided in a location we reasonably determine to be safe and sheltered. We may choose not to leave a gift if weather, access, security, or other conditions make unattended delivery unsuitable.

If you do not authorize unattended delivery and the recipient cannot be reached, we may contact you to coordinate next steps. Another delivery attempt cannot be guaranteed for the same day and may require an additional delivery fee.

Fresh Flowers and Perishable Items

Some EliLew gifts include fresh flowers, food, or other perishable items. Once delivered, these items should be brought inside and cared for promptly.

We cannot guarantee the condition of flowers, food, or other perishable items after a successful unattended delivery, including items affected by heat, sunlight, rain, animals, or delays in retrieval.
