Where do you deliver?

EliLew hand-delivers to select ZIP codes in Saratoga, Los Gatos, Campbell, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and San Jose.

Delivery is $12 or $24, depending on the recipient’s ZIP code, with no minimum order. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the delivery fee.

Our launch delivery area excludes Milpitas, Alviso, the Los Gatos mountains (95033), and Mount Hamilton (95140).

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Available dates will appear when you place your order. Dates that are unavailable or have reached capacity will be grayed out. We recommend ordering early for holidays and special occasions.

Can I include a personal message?
Of course. Add your message when ordering, and we’ll include it with your gift. If you’re having the gift delivered to yourself so you can give it in person, you can request a blank card instead and write your own note. Just let us know in the gift message field at checkout.

Will my gift look exactly like the photos?
Each EliLew gift is assembled to reflect the style, quality, and overall feel shown online. Because we work with seasonal flowers and carefully sourced goods, individual products, colors, and details may vary based on availability. Any substitutions will be chosen with comparable quality and value in mind.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
When ordering, you’ll be asked whether the gift may be left in a safe, sheltered location if the recipient isn’t available.

If you authorize unattended delivery, we’ll leave the gift only when the location appears safe and appropriate. If you prefer that we not leave it - or if conditions make unattended delivery unsuitable—we may contact you to coordinate next steps.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences?
We’re happy to consider special requests. Please contact us before placing your order and tell us which ingredients the recipient needs to avoid. We’ll review the available items and let you know what we can accommodate.

Our gifts may include packaged foods made by other brands. Ingredients and manufacturing practices can vary, so we cannot guarantee that a gift is free from allergens or cross-contact. Recipients should review the product labels before consuming any food items.
